Progress!...Questions too

Well, here are my 6 B+ jars, all coming along nicely...

Hence, I'm planning for the future. I'm Thinking about casing, and I've got a few quick questions. First, I'm fairly confident that I will be following these two Teks from the archive's here at the shroomery. Any second opinions on these would be much appreciated.
Casing Mix 101 Casing 101
Now as far as this goes, should I stick to one jar per individual casing? More, less? Also, I'm assuming that I can simply put my casings into my PMP Fruiting chamber... Correct me if I'm wrong here
Lastly, Can someone give me a recommendation on a good humidity meter? Everything I'm finding online is real cheap and I question the accuracy on such items.
Thanks again to everyone, take it easy and happy growing!

I've been Incubating at around 81 to 83 degrees. It tends to fluctuate depending on the temp inside the room. Oh, and Im using a TiT with a aquarium heater.

Today is one week for me and almost all of my 10 jars are showing around a dime-quarter size growth! And they are just sitting in my closet, no incubation tub.

i bought 2 high end digital hygrometers (humidity meter) for my fruiting chamber, one made for a cigar humidor, and one made for a pet terrarium, and both worked great in the FC's 93-100% RH range for like 1 - 2 weeks, but the constant high humiditiy, meaning high moisture content, eventually broke both of them. after wasting 60 bucks, 25 on first one, 35 on next, i decided to take some opinions from the shroomery. the trick is to get an OUTDOOR hygrometer, that has an outdoor sensor, and an indoor basestation. the reason for this, is because it RAINS out doors, meaning the sensor can handle the high moisture, as long as it doesnt sit in water lol. i was recomended this one, and i love it, good price, EXCELLENT value, and u can always buy another sensor for 15 bucks if u want to ad a sensor to your incubator or something. called the Taylor Instruments #1458 Wireless Basestation + Remote Sensor. just search Taylor 1458 on google (since theyre not relly on ebay very often), and ull find one for no more than 40 bucks or so.

Yup.

This one works.
As far as your casings, you'll want at least 2 jars per. I'd do em all in one, but that's me. Try 2 of 3 jars each. Your substrate depth should be between 2-4".
Goos Luck.

Cool, thanks guys, Ill look into those Humidity gauges....40 bucks seems a little steep, but for the sake of quality and the fact that it wont break, is very understandable.
I'm thinking about casing 3 of the 6 six jars so I can see the difference between cakes and casing. Plus, I'm scared Ill mess something up casing all my jars, and this being my first project, I'd be bummed if I lost all my work right in the end.
Thanks again for the help everyone!

ya man, dont buy a digital one unless its Outdoor, because the indoor digitals are meant for home conditions, terrariums, or cigar humidors. im telling u i wasted like 60 bucks on hygrometers, jus to end up spending 40 bucks on the one hippie chick recommended, the Taylor 1458 basestation + 1 sensor. been working great, sitting at 97% humidity for like 2 weeks now, and i wish i would have spent 40 bucks first, rather than 100 bucks total. plus, analog hygrometers (coil metal to sense humidity, measured with a needle on a guage) are not very accurate just get the taylor hehe
