question concerning colonization

Hey everyone.
I know this is a basic question, but my searching didn't turn up anything-I'm starting to think I don't know how to use the engine. I apologize in advance if anyone gets pissed because of this.
I am wondering how long it takes before the myc. first begins to appear on the mycobag. I shot it up on Saturday with 3 CCs of GT, at opposite angles, directly into the substrate. Its grain based, and has a filter patch. Its sitting in an 85 degree TiT, with 75-80% humidity.
Thanks for your help once again guys,
-CL

one other detail- I placed the bag in the TiT a day ahead of time to acclimate it

im actually wondering the same thing, my bad has no signs of growth and its been a few weeks now.
It was done under steral conditions and im sure i put at least 5cc worth into it... its been a tad chilling here (70-75 F) but my jars all all at least 50% done... my bag is kinda... doing nothing
Oh and if i smell the filter area is kinda smells like wine... is that a sign of contam?

If the temperate is right, Psilocybe Cubensis shouldn't take more then 2-5 days to germinate and colonise a bit.. My jars usually start colonizing in 60 hours

2-5 days eh? maybe I shouldn't have innoced directly into the substrate in the bag. its been about four and I can't see anything
Think I should shoot it up again, but this time on the sides of the bag?
