PERLITE INHALATION

I was putting some more perlite in my incubation chamber, (I have filter discs) and I was in a bit of a hurry. I seem to have inhaled a fairly large amount of perlite dust.

What are the heath consequences from this?
Am I in serious danger?

You'll be fine, it's prolonged exposure to (any) dust that causes problems.
