hands on cake

Earlier today I crumbled my cake to make a casing layer. I just read that I needed to wear gloves. I had cleaned my hands with antibacterial soap but its not like wearing gloves. I was wondering what can I expect from this? I hope it wasn't fatal?I would appreciate any comments. Thanks.

after the mycellium grow they can fight off contams better.
