Incubator Woes

Well I just had built a heated incubator for my new cakes..i was using a fish tank heater in a jar of water and i had the temp set to around 80 degrees and it continued to stay that way for a few days so i turned it up a little more...the next morning when I look its over 100 degrees in there...3/4 of my cakes are sort of blue now or have blue running through them..I'd say about 10-15% of the cake has blue streaks running through it..the rest of it white...are my cakes to damaged to continue growing or should they be ok? They were only like that over night I removed them today

they might be alright, just let them recover. the high heat breaks down the cell wall. so you might have damaged some of the mycellium.
