I am using whitening gel on my teeth, it helps a lot....damn smoking kills the color of you teeth too much. It makes me start to wonder what color my lungs look.
Oh well. I have been cutting down, but a marlboro is good after a few beers anyway.

I like that gritty shit the dentist uses to polish my teeth with after she scrapes all the plaque off of them.

I've sampled many different brands, and have always come back to some sort of aquafresh.

The extreme clean aquafresh is good stuff, but I like the plain aquafresh whitening more.. leaves your mouth crisp, teeth squeeky.. and since I've made it my regular brand, the dentist has had nothing but good things to say when I visit. Its cheap, too. :smile::thumbup:
