How to preserve ?

I'm using dessicant in order to dry my shrooms. Should I put everything in the fridge in order to preserve the potency ? True it's longer, but does it worth it ?

after those shrooms are bone dry, just keep in a mason jar with some dessicant thrown in. I use the cylindrical ones from vitamin bottles, the packs from aspirin bottles, and a NICE big envelope kind from the exercise machine I just bought. I've had a jar of product sitting in the same jar for more than a year now. . .no loss of quality.
