Recomended Wait?

What would be the recomended wait time to fruit a casing? My one casing will be a week old this monday, I have not even peaked at it. 50/50 Verm-peat mix, with Cambodian mycelium. Last time I dumped them strait into fruiting, but I only had 1 of 4 succesfulls. any suggestions welcome.

You want to uncover it once it is about 60% covered with mycelium on the top.
