pick or let go ever mature?

ok guys. within the next couple days at least some of the B+ in my BD compost kit will be mature. should I pick them, cut them at the base, let go over mature while the other 50 mushrooms continue to grow or should i just harvest the little ones when the big ones mature.
On casings i generaly just flush them all, except i've never had 10 mature and 50 or more still need to grow.
This first flush is incredable. I'll be taking pics and posting just before harvest.

I'm sure you already know, but I'd like to remind you mushrooms slow their production of the psycoactive products once the veil breaks. Once the cap opens, the size you get may not be what you want. So pick em' even if their small. Especially before they sporilate to reduce the risk of flooding your casing.
Be careful when you pick your shrooms. If you leave any pieces of your mushroom exposed, contaminants may latch on fucking up your casing. I've seen it happen.
Good luck, I hope I helped.
