Colonization probs

Ive been using the MMGG tek, with a 4.2qt 10psi max pc
Im using the Golden teacher strain, and B+

Now i cooked my jars for about an hour to make up for the 5psi lose, and they seemed fine, i let them cool for about 5 hours or so and then inocculated using an oven for clean sterile air... I also sterlized my needles throughly...

now its been about 4 days since inocculation and no signs of myco growth..
At what point should i assume i fucked up some how and start over?
Another few days or what?

There have been a couple times mycelial growth wasn't evident for 5-7 days. If you haven't seen anything by then, your totally fucked man! Just foolin'.
Try again. Your temp. may have been too high or your cakes may be too moist. I haven't any experience with that strain, so that could also be a factor.
Don't dump until you know.

So how long should i wait till starting over?
I waited till the jars were cool enough im almost positive of that, they were sterilized pretty well and the needle was definetly sterile as was the air during inocculation...

Man another 22 jars resterlilize and inocculate
It takes a long ass time when you can only do 3 at a time :(

Make sure your incubation temps are in the mid 80s and give it another 10 days or so, If you dont see anything by then... well... somethings definately wrong.
