So if a casing has the below characteristics:

1. been in fruiting chamber for 6 days.
2. Rhizomorphic growth everywere(80%) on the top of the casing, some strands 1/4 inch long.
3. no pins

I am aware that patience is very important, but are there any additional concerns I should have in regards to when it should fruit?

Careful you don't overlay...you may wanna do some patching if the rhizo is getting too thick.

Patching again...I have noticed the last couple of days the growth is not as intense...kinda like stalling a bit...what could this mean?

That's a good sign my friend...they could be preparing to bust out some pins!  Best of luck

Cool...so if the growth continues...patch if it stops...wait for fruits?

If you are in the fruiting stage, you don't want to patch at all anymore. Just keep the humidity up, temps down and air exchange abundant and you WILL get pins eventually. Patience dude.

Yeah my first pins were way overdue but they came and I ended up with some hefty shrooms.
