Help with Pinning

I have 5 small casings that have been in fruiting mode now for about 10 days. The casings are in 16 oz. solo cups, so they are real small. The tek i got on here for it said that no air exchange was really needed except right before you started pinning, and then in between flushes. I have been giveing air exchange and misting about every 2 days. They get random light on and off throughout the day. Only for about an hour total a day though, and not continuous. What do i need to do to see pins, or do i just need to wait longer? I have a slight overlay problem too, what can i do about that?

humidity i dont know, i dont have a gauge. I just keep the casing moist, and some moisture on the sides of the cups.

As for temps. the room the casings are in is about 70-75 degrees.

Fan them more often, I don't care what the tek says. If you have them in small containers, you will build up CO2 quicker than you would with a larger terrarium. I would fan them multiple times a day.

Take a fork that has been wiped down with alcohol and lightly scratch the top of the casing to take care of the overlay.

also stop misting them. since you are only using a solo cup with no holes and haven't been fanning very often then i'm sure they are wet enough.

no more misting until after your pinset and fan, fan, fan.

dude solo cups is your problem..you need a cool mist from walgreens and a ultra sonic..run them with hoses into a 21 gallon rubber maid use 4 gallon tubs inside the 21 gallon i did a bulk grow got 70 gram 10 1/2 inch monsters..:)

wet sorry but yes that was using bulk straw cow shit my first ever grow guys im no exp. i used water drinking bottles to catch the  air flow coming out of the hoses poke holes. i have the pic just not on this computer it's on my camera phone :smile:)

lol i'm also on my first grow i cased 2 cakes and i have one in a terr. i have 7 waiting to be birthed but i'm trying to decide if I should use my 18 gallontote or use like 4 little containors?!?!?! LOL

your doing pf tek jars..ouch ...off 1 syringe and only a few jars i yielded alot at least half p or more cause i did bulk..but brf cakes won't get ya very far
