Zoe Seven, anybody?
    #4749655 - 10/03/05 04:24 PM (12 years, 1 month ago)

This is a big community. And there's obviously a lot of literature, music, media, and psychonaut icons that the Shroomery seems to respect and look up to as a collective community.

But...I have never heard anyone mention Zoe Seven around here except for me a couple times.

For those who have heard of him, and read his website and/or books, what do you think of him?

Is he a self-glorifying explorer who seems to have created his own answers in his own drugged-out lifespan?

Is he really onto something combining drugs with electric stimuli?

Do you think, GENERALLY, that his viewpoint is correct in how the universe/multiverse/earth operates?

Can you believe he wrote a whole book about doing OTC drugs before he ever got the chance to explore true psychadellics?

Do you think he has finally found the most profound use of the psychadellic experience?

I really just want to know if anyone here has heard of him, and what they think. I look up to him very much, although I have yet to buy his new book...but I am amazingly interested. He combines electronic light/sound stimulis with Ayahuasca and Salvia during an actual ayahuasa ritual with the natives.

www.zoe7.com

This website is a good read by itself, without needing any of his books.

the only reason to be too logical
i mean to the degreee that someone is that logical
about noumena or phenomena that are not easy to explain,
is to sell something.
don't buy into or buy from him.
some aspects of his pitch are coincident with what is obvious.
most is pure bunk

I see what you are saying.

But just to read his trip reports with the electric stimuli, ayhuasca, and salvia might be worth spending the 35 bucks on the book.

you make a convincing argument too, I am always lapping up those reports myself.

but I will resist.
I would prefer to support a
salvianaut or ayhuascanaut that did not have such elaborate plans and solutions.
in the scale of things. a core focus on self and family life preceeds neighbours, then village, then country, then world, then universe, then dimension and godhead...
the short cuts to godhead also start with self, family....

I can't see that gizmos need to be involved.
though here I am typing on a gizmo again.

Zoe Seven's book "Into the Void" [Re: redgreenvines]
    #7558960 - 10/25/07 02:01 PM (10 years, 1 month ago)

Check out my review of
Zoe Seven's fantastic book "Into the Void"

The book is a 'trip a page' and the review includes some extraordinary video which explains 10 dimensions.

10 dimensions is a string, but 11 is a membrane

Everyone should have their own view of the psyche realms, i enjoying reading books on peoples experiences, and view of altered states and how to initiate and coexist within society.

But i believe everyone has their own mind, and it will not "fit" with anothers views, you can experience the same experience, but you cant jump on the same boat because the path to the destination is different.

But i may be wrong about the whole thing
