Getting aggrivated

My cakes looked promising. They produced some mushrooms, but now i don't think that they are happy. I dont see new pinheads forming, and the ones that were forming turned out to be aborts. THe mature mushrooms are very small compared to pics i have seen and the veils break extremly early. I will guess that it is my temp. that is foiling my operation, it must be too low. Is it too late to change my set up from cakes to casing???

IM not sure but if U find out or try it (CAKES THAT FRUITED )Into casings .Let me know if U would please.Post results.Also if they are short and,fat it could be a lack of air exchanged.......

Is this the PF strang?.. Just wondering... Anyhow its not too late to case, just make sure you take off ALL the aborts.. have you tried the Double Ending Casing Tek?.. this may help too...

anyway
try dunking them. they sound kinda dried out by ony producing 1 flush then no more pins. they need to be rehydrated. scrape off all your aborts unless theres some growing and put your cakes back in clean jars and add water up to the top and place lid on. if lids have holes use tinfoil over the top and place in fridge 8-12 hrs. then put them in the terrarium and you should get pins.

Well i took all the pins and aborts off my cakes and converted it into a casing. I followed the 50/50 tek because i had the ingridients here so now i just have to hope everything goes smoothly. I put the tray in the terrarium with the humidity going, was this correct to do? First time casing and need some help. Thanks in advance
