Bacteria Shrooms

Hey afoaf has some munchies coming out of a casing but it looks like there's bacterial blotches on them they're still small pins growing but they have those darker brown blotches on the caps, if one were to dry these out pulverize them in a grinder, soak them in alcohol for a few days, filter, evap and eat the residue would the bacteria be sure to be ridden?

If the shrooms are contaminated don't eat them. that procedure kills the bacteria, but it doesn't get rid of the toxic substances they may contain. If your not sure if it is contamination or not it's better not to eat them.

Bullshit! The bacteria that hits mushrooms won't hurt you.

I think I know what you talking about. Have the caps opened yet? If so when my shrooms were matured they turned translucent in some spots. They turn a darker brown color and look wetter than the shrooms cap normally looks. If that is the case eat away...

Darker splotches on the caps is a good description of the way an abhort looks before the cap turns completely darker... kind of starts in the center and works its way out. But I think you'd be able to recognize the difference between a discoloration of the mushroom and something growing on it. Still, I thought I'd mention that.
