bluish/green on the shroom

hey everyone. i am a new grower, i bought a kit online and i can't be happier. the shrooms have come in great. there are a lot of them and i am picking more every day. i even learned to make a spore print and will try to do it on my own. i do have a question for u all though. after i picked the shrooms the stems, or where ever i touched have a bluish green stain, i think i read some where that it is some kind of oxidation, i can even remember buying some that looked bluish green. but i want to ask the pro's. what is it, and can i still consume them?
