cobweb on casings

so i just notice 3 spots on 3 different casings.As soon as i noticed i sprayed with 3%hyd perox./h20..is that all  i can do ,and do you think it will kill it off?anyone ?anyone?what causes this?also ..shuld i ditch the PMP and just case them in a plain tub(misted by hand and fanned)anythought are much appreciated :rolleyes:

cobweb is usally pretty fast. you may not be able to save. others might disagree but you can cut out the affected area sprinkle with salt. any shrooms on it yet?

Cob web is not a serious enough problem to require you to cut into your casing. From what you say you have done thats should be plenty. I wouldn't do a straight 3% solution though. I take what comes in the bottle and dilute that 10:1. Straight 3% is over kill and can damage your mycellium. Stick with the pmp. It will do you just fine.
