i think i'm going to have to take a week off, and that fuckin pisses me off. although, i guess it's good to have a full body rest-recovery once and a while.

the gym is so fuckin badass. i bought so much health food tonight. like 10 lbs of chicken breast, a lot of fish, and other good shit. i think proper diet is a big part of getting big gains in the gym.

If you go to the ER. They'll give you some vics.!

I take Norflex, prednisone, Ibuprofin and vicodins for my back.

I stretch and then when I sleep...I place a pillow between my legs at night. The pillow does wonders.

Use a heating pad, icy hot or something. try taking a warm bath. Also...get a massage!

Sorry to hear about your back, I hope it feels better soon. Get it looked at right away though. Those back pains almost never go away once you get them.

I'm going to have to take physical therapy for mine which sucks because I don't have the time. :frown:

Improper lifting at work. I always put the food order away. I don't use a lifting belt...though I should.

They give you drugs right there on the spot!
