I went all out on my first go at this and used 3 sryinges... 5 days later I have 14 jars that I'm pretty sure are contaminated, 1 or 2 with a little white and no green yet, and about 8 with no action at all. I'm mourning for the 14 dead ones, but is there anything I can do to improve the chances of what's left?

I can't believe what a spectacular failure this is. Next time I will be the most sterilized motherfucker around.

5 days after inoculation? Don't be worried about the 8 that havent done anything yet.. its not uncommon to be 5 days in with no growth. What are you doing for incubation?

3 syringes for 14 jars? Why do people feel it's neccessary to noc up their jars with so much spore solution? That's a big waste IMO. Anyway, why do you think they are contammed? You said you saw no green and most people confuse cobweb with myc and vice versa. With that amount of spore solution, you might be fully colonized by tomorrow  :smirk:

Hopefully not with cobweb though.

Dammit, I gotta go! Another fucking thunderstorm coming and I'm not buying another power supply for this computer. Damn South Florida!
