PLEASE HELP! I HAVE A QUESTION RE: GROWING

I just ordered spores and am ready to grow. I read that i'm supposed to grow my shrooms in rye grain spawn. my question is...... where do i buy rye grain. i found rye grain flour at the market, but where can i find rye grain. can i use rye grain flour? help! -thanks

This belongs in the cultivation forum. Also, if you are a first time grower, you should probably use the PF Tech, or one of the other brown rice flour techs.
