Well, here is something I woke up and wrote on thrusday maorning.
I think I've caught a glimpse of what's hidden from sight. There is life that exists everywhere, throughout everything. This life that exists everywhere is the matrix.
I believe that our brains are like a high tech receiver that is picking up this matrix. It resonates on the neural interface and we eventually learn to channel it. Our brains do not create thought at all, a computer chip many times more powerful than a brain could not produce thought either. But a chip designed to process the frequency of the matrix could harbour thought.
Does this explain the feelings that I have? Can this be? Is this matrix flowing through everything but only being harnessed by brains? Is the brain of an animal pickung up the same matrix, just less efficiently than us?
We are one. We are everything. We are life.
This also tends to shed some light on, or at least compliment the basic evolution theory. The most efficient methods and brains and various inner workings of the brains, have through natural selection led to our current design. Still, there is much variation in the design, and we are still changing.
Your thoughts and feelings are like downloaded songs. You start a basic collection and build a foundation. Eventually you have a rather large collection. These are all chemically stored, not as whole recreations as a song would be, but a chemical corresponing to the feeling the original experience created. It is on this basic code that we build our egos.
Every new idea or thing you see, hear, or feel, you compare to your collection. If you like it, you add it, if you don't, your reaction will be negative. This negative reaction is nothing more than negative reinforcement through chemical manipulation. The positive reinforcement is a chemical released to stimulate pleasure.
This explains jealousy, hate, fear, envy, curiousity... All the human emotions.
This is what creates the problems of society. Be wise and build a varied collection. (A prime example of a collection that is too linear is racism. When a redneck white guy, who's been building his redneck white guy collection of thoughts and behaviours all his life, first sees a black man, it is negative reinforcement by chemical activation. The degree of hatred and anger this man reacts with is directly linked to the degree of variation and room for new ideas this man harbours in his chemical storage.)
---- So, I woke up early in the morning, wrote that, then went back to sleep. I got up awhile later, went to an appointment at my school, where the teacher told me to go on a computer and check the University site. I did, and I fell right into the Esoteric Philosophy page I have linked to before. While I haven't yet studied it too deeply, it seems to be based on some of the same ideas...

I feel that the practice of applying a chemical to the neural interface (which is chemical in nature) in order to perceive different things and interact with things on other levels, is a wholly legitimate practice.
