liquid culture question

Yesterday I knocked up 8 quart jars of bird seed and 1 liquid culture (baby bottle Method) with 1 10cc syringe of koh sumi. I knocked up the each quart jar with 1cc spore solution (I know that isn't much but but I figure it's a fast colonizer so that may make up for it and I'm in no rush.) For my liquid culture, I used 2cc spore solution. I put it in the PC for 20 min's @ 15psi. When I got it out the water looked like it had a yellowish color to it. Is that normal? Also do you think the jars will be fine? About how long do you think till I might see first signs of growth?(thay are in a TIT at about 82F) This is my first bulk grow and I have never used bird seed. I have only used PF style cakes in the past.

Hey my fish buddy, lol. Yellowing is caused by caramelization of the sugars. You should be just fine.
