Man, your humidity should definitely be 100%. Perlite is usually uncontrollable and gets the humidity up to at least 90% no problem.
Do you have about.. a 1.5 - 2 inch layer of perlite in there with about .5 - 1 inches of water? It is unwise to have too much water sitting around in the bottom, but if you have a lot of air exchange i suppose it would be okay.
This is really unbelievable. How well is your chamber sealed? Do you have a lid on it? haha
oh and... let the hygrometer sit in there for a while. They must be off... or simply take a very long time read I just noticed that picture.. and you seem to have a lot of water in there.. the only way your humidity would not be at 100% is.. if you really had no lid on there.. or something only half way over it.

yes i do look at the pics! LOL 1 in of perlite and way to much wat should i drain it and then put it all back with less water? Also my accu thing says hi which means it's over 90% but i don't trust this one that much! i'll put my other by the casing more to get a better read! i have a nice amount of water condisation on the sides just to let you know.

It should be fine But really.. just put the lid on there for a while. Check it after a couple of hours, not like it takes that long... if the hygrometer still says its not up there check for condensation on the walls/lid of the chamber. If there is no condensation don't be worried, i've seen 100% with no condensation. 100% RH is not necessary either, especially for a casing.
90-95% is good for pin formation, but after that 85-90% is great for fruiting. Humidity really doesn't play a huge role when it comes down to it. Temperature and air exchange are more important, IMO. Keep me/us updated on your grow

your doing a casing so you don't want the humidity that high, 90-95% until pinning begins and then drop it to 85-90%. you should be fine even if it is at 88%.
