this exotic strain from spores101.com does not seem to be responding at all to the pf tek method
help and suggestions are requested and would be greatly appreciated

it's not an exotic strain
it's a different species
actually an entirely different genus

You should use WBS or rye berries for Pans. They won't grow in cakes too good, if at all.

They will not grow with the standard pf tek. at all.

thanks but i used the syringe up making the pf tek jars
is there a way to salvage them for this method?

you mean you used all of the solution? if theres any left do a liquid culture to greatly increase volume.

are you trying to fruit off pf cakes? Because I'm pretty sure I've read of pan. cyans colonizing BRF cakes, but after the cakes are colonized you must spawn them.

they are not colonized they are sitting drmant in the cakes and i need to salvage them to use the correct method

You cant salvage them. You gave the spores a shot, now theyre lost in the substrate. Next time, go with cubensis and forget the Pan Cyans for at least a few months of cubensis cultivation, learn to spawn to dung, then give them a shot again.
