Awesome Georgia hunt today!

these were all found in North GA woodlands, Cobb County, GA.  Brilliant hunt, with all of the druggies focus on weilii, its nice to remember some of the other beautiful specimens that are actually in abundance right now.  Today, Amanita Muscaria var. formosa.
Hare Krishna!

watched a Monarch suckin down pollen during the hunt, it blew my mind.

I saw a post with a comparision of this years weilii hauls...heres mine

they are different, good observation.

The bulky haul was picked straight out of Bermuda, while this years find were pine straw variations.

I was not expecting a season this year, and I still dont think we are going to have one. I also believe out Weilii phenomenon has fueled a handful of druggie youth who are obsessed with finding 'free hallucinogens', this karma has reacted. I know Im a nutcase.
hare krishna.....lots of huge Amanitas' out, get out there!!!
