does such a thing exist? is it possible to kill off ones soul?
or are we truly destined to continue looping forever from one torturous existence to another indefinitely

While living and thinking, there is no spiritual suicide; after all, Nihilism is worth more than most pseudoscientific spiritual doctrines put together.

Maybe thats what happened to some mental patients who sit there like veggies. They commit spiritual suicide.

worth more to whom? how can it be worth more when nihilism states all values are baseless?

Nihilism is worth more for finding oneself in my opinion; is this not the goal of spirituality? Nothing has inherent value, but there are purposes within specific guidelines (usually human-created) that do not go against Nihilism, such as the worth of a machine for doing an assigned topic.

If you can find a soul to kill you might be able to test it. So far my soul stays well hidden. Someday if I catch it out I will take a picture of it.

I would need access to a selection of souls from a random cross section of humanity that would then be subjected to empirical tests...

but that's relative to the individual, nihilism may be the best for you but other people find they are helped the most by a different philosophy/teaching. for some people zen buddhism may be useful, for others the teachings of jesus christ. i think the worth of a specific philosophy or spiritual teaching is relative to the state of consciousness of the person using it.
