what can I do to avoid the stomach pain and nausea after eating the shrooms.?

Well Murtle the Turtle has a friend by the name of rabbit. Rabbit either, crush it up into a fine powder and put it into capsuels. or snorts it. But if you snort it, it will take you double the time to feel the effects.

I think the best thing you can do is just try to enjoy the whole trip. Dont focus on the nausea you might feel and try and get used to the feeling. The first time I ever ate mushrooms I almost got sick. However the next few times I learned to appreciate the whole trip and get used to the nausea. I dont really notice the sick feeling anymore.

I don't believe its all in your head. I have had friends who I have given doses to who knew little about drugs and I know for a fact that they didn't have any preconcieved notions about mushrooms making a person sick. I believe to some people with week stomachs they can be nauseating. But maybe it's a symptom of the egoloss experience.

Try not eating before the trip for about 24 hours. The empty stomach may help.

I've heard it can help to drink a lot of water when taking mushrooms, The water can help your body to move the chunks of mushrooms through your body and keep everything diluted in your stomach. Try drinking a bunch of OJ.
