I see a lot of reference to "wet weight" of harvested shrooms... say I had 100 grams wet weight.. what would it translate to in dry weight after they're all dried out?

a good guideline is 10 - 12% of wet weight to dry.

if you have 100g wet you get 10 dry grams if they are totaly dry
