joe, I think it's just a pan foe. It did look like a sub at first though but look back it might of been a foe. It has ridges around the edge of the cap, very noticeable with a spiraling like formation making up the stem.

Oh yea, and there were a bunch of yellow fly agarics out.

nice pics there!

I just found a new patch right outside my neighborhood!! WOOHOO!!! not even 100ft. from my house, how lucky is that? Hit the motherload today, ~35 shrooms, and a few monsters (1 over 3 inch diameter without taking into account surface area).  :crazy2:

I lost the cable to upload pics onto the computer, so i'll post my babies when ever i get the chance.

They're out good already, and the season just started! This is looking better than most of us expected.

Good luck,
and happy weiliiing! :mushroom2:

very very impressed! way to go you guys!

the same patches that produced hundreds for me last season, have not been producing this time. However, Ive been finding in woodland areas that didnt produce last year. Its been a strange season so far, but I am excited that you guys are having so much luck and fun.

Have they really been in the Kennesaw area? Seems to me they are all north this year, Canton/North Woodstock areas. Would love to hear the Kennesaw stories, as this is my home.

Great hunting guys! Lots of beautiful Amanitas out too!

Here are some weilii that I found yesterday in Canton. They were all growing in an area 3 feet by 3 feet. I also left about fifty more to pick today. There was a total of twenty three in these pics.

Its exciting that the season is now underway...Now I'm pretty sure with every rain we get we will have at least a few pop up...Rancid, I like the pics of the weilii in grassland. Reminds me of my woodland patches that haven't been producing this year. Congrats to everyone with their finds. Keep up the badass work!
Peace!
