another colonizing question
    #4720098 - 09/27/05 03:43 PM (11 years, 8 months ago)

my jars are alomst there, out of 9, there are only 2 that just have very little verm on bottem and maybe a litle on the side...
the rest are mostley coverd up with whitey!!
so.. since i wnat to case them all, i would prefer to case them all at one same time...
so..??? if i keep the colonized jars maybe a couple of days longer than usual, so that the remaining 2 unfinished jars catch---is this bad.?????
or no biggie as long as there is no light exposure????

You're fine, it's actually a good thing to let the jars go longer so you know that they are REALLY colonized throughout.

yes i've heard it's best to let them stay in their jars about a week after you think it's 100%. strengthens the myc network i guess.
