saw something..UFO?

so my friend and I were taking a long walk down a dark path.. We stopped to stair at the stars and as i look at mars... something which looked like a star but darker was moving across the sky. it did not blink or change colors and looked too high up to be a plane.. we watched for about 2 minutes as it spanned the whole sky. it was going in one general direction... what could thise have been??!?!?

Also saw something else strange, but was not a UFO... IT looked like a star but was changing colors... it was stationary so it wasnt a plane.. This was the only star(?) that was emitting such a color pattern.. what could this have been? space station?

man it was a very interesting walk

you can actually see sattelites on a clear night if youc an find em :smile:

thats probbaly what it was if it was moving one straight shot across the sky unblinking dimmer than a star <3

we split some shroom powder and ambien... but that had nothing to do with what we saw... but it did have something to do because we wouldnt have been looking up at the sky if we didnt take it  :tongue:

Probably a GPS or Iridium satellite, or the ISS.
there is a lot of junk flying around up there.

NASA has a java satellite tracker so you can see what's flying overhead:
science.nasa.gov/Realtime/JTrack/3D/JTrack3D.html

If it's not on the tracker, then it's either aliens or a spy satellite photographing your outdoor grow. :wink:

The first one was a satellite, the second one was a star, nebula, galaxy, or a distant star cluster.

we also saw this huge flash followed by a snapping noise. we figured that it was a power generator blowing.. plus we saw a shooting star... all this happened on this one path we were walking down.. I cant say we were trippin but we were certainly not sober. crazy night
