A cubensis is a cubensis..with some very minor differnces.

My biggest and strongest advice during inccloation...

1. keep it in the dark
2. keep the temp at 80-85 F
3. DO NOT LOOK AT IT FOR AT LEAST 9 DAYS.( this was the hardest thing for me to learn my first grow)

“I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.”

Well, honestly I use mycobags..I know for a fact that the air exchange happens by itself in there...jars I'm no expert but I think that you leave the hole in the top of the jar were you inoculated free of tape..

Yeah so long as the holes in the top are uncovered (i keep foil over mine but it seems unaffected) you get enough air exchange for incubation.

Well, when you open up your incubator and fan...you will actually lower the humidity...if your subsrate is properly made.. mositure is not that big a deal during incubation provided you keep an optimal temp range of 80 -85 F and not place your jars or bags in a hellfire enviroment...

What is wrong with looking at your jars before 9 days? What does it matter?

the more you check and expose to light the slower the colonization process...That is what I do for bags(dont check them alot)....jars may be different but the above does remain the same in regards to speed of colonization
