Hey dudes,

I can lucid dream.  The best book is probably LaBerge's 2nd book on the subject... although he released a tiny book with CD's last year which might have recent developments.

The URL for the book mentioned above is:

http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/034537410X/

For any skeptics who want to try it out and not sure if it works, it definitely isn't BS.

Do the dream journal step it recommends and you will be making fast progress.

Your dreams are suppose to be more vivid in the early morning, before you wake up, that is when it is easiest for me to lucid dream. Like I said about the ZMA, it is said that it will give you very vivid and strange dreams.

i dunno dude my dreams are most "vivid" in the very first REM, but I usually don't remember them. If I do they are weird as fuck and usually wake me up.

the early morning dreams are much, much longer but I'm not sure I'd say more "vivid". Not for me anyway.

and really it's not that hard to do... you just have to build up a lot of momentuous willpower. For example spend a few hours (or at least 15-20 minutes) a day saying "am i dreaming" as a mantra..... and you know, after a while you stop paying attention to the mantra, but then you notice again, and when you do, perform a reality check (pinch yourself really hard, try to fly [not by jumping off of something!], etc........

then once you can do this for a while in the day, do the mantra as soon as you wake up in the early morning and start to drift off back to sleep.

this is just one example......

....I embrace my desire to feel the rhythm, to feel connected enough to step aside and weep like a widow, to feel inspired, to fathom the power, to witness the beauty, to bathe in the fountain, to swing on the spiral of our divinity and still be a human......
Om Namah Shivaya, I tell you What!
