The white fuzz could be cob web mole wich you can get rid of if u spray some proxide mix with water on it. Make sure you shake-up the syringe real good and try injection again addin about 1/4-3/4 cc per hole.

well, you don't want to open the lids of the jars, first of all. If the "fuzz" is a greyish color, it is probably cobweb, but don't spray a colonizing jar with anything. Besides that, if there is still no colonization, there could be other contams.

I would not waste anymore spores on those jars. Injecting more spores into a contaminated sub is not going to help it colonize. You will just be waisting spores.

It could be due to conditions and temps that you are incubating in that may be causing this to be slow, you need to put a more detailed description of how everything is setup.

As it stands with the info given, it sounds like cobweb. In this case, my suggestion would be to empty all the jars, and clean them out. Then start over.

Make sure next time, you measure everything out for your substrate, especially the water, and make sure you follow the pc technique to a T.
