I've heard mention that using h2o2 in casing substrate CAN dramatically reduce contam. rates.....If this is true, could someone give me an approx. h2o2/water ratio? Can you add h2o2 when initially making cakes?

a good ratio for hydogen peroxide to water is 1 to 6. I havent used h2o2 in my jars but you could try it with one or two of them and see.
