Me too ive tried to quit soooooo many times. Ive actually doubled my smoking in the last month. Lots of drama  :rolleyes:

I quit smoking crack with no problems. But I can't stop smoking cigs for the life of me.

I quit about 4 months ago. It's tough but you just have to get by the first week and it gets a lot easier. Getting by stressful situations is the hardest part though because nothing relaxes you like a nice cig once your pissed off.

Woa wait a second, xanex=benzos ??? I'm not really into pharms and I know nothing really of benzos... but I know a whole SHITLOAD of people here in canada on xanex to get off smoking.

yea xanax is a benzo. ppl use it to get off smoking? i dunno how that would work. iv heard of ppl drinking to get off xanax though
