Will horticultural 'dolomite'(lime) work to include in casing mixtures as a sub. for oyster shell?

No, and I'll tell you why.

I'm making an assumption that you are using the 50/50+ tek. If you are then you read that the lime is to adjust the pH level to better the casing against contams. Only hydrated lime will work as the dolomite lime will burn the mycelium. The oyster shell is more for texture and to make the casing sturdier.
