On sept 13th and 14th i inoculated 6 jars with PES Hawaiian. I just checked them today and 4 out of the 6 have white fuzz coming out of the innoc. holes. i DID use the dry layer of verm technique on top of the substrate in the jars. boiled the jars for 1 1/4 hrs. and yes the tops were covered in Press-n-Seal wrap. on one of the jars i put a drop of peroxide(3%) on each innoc hole. so what should i look for to see if this is mycelium. i've encountered cobeb mold quite a few times and its usually very wispy and fuzzy. the growth i have is white and fuzzy but seems to be think. kinda like non-rhizo mycelium. wish i could get a pic of it but my webcam that i use for pics wouldnt get enough detail for any help.
has anyone had this problem before? and if so was it just mycelium?
