HARARE: The Zimbabwean government has ordered the cancellation of title deeds for over 4,000 white-owned farms and vowed to take over all remaining white farms, a newspaper said on Friday. Patrick Chinamasa told reporters in the capital Harare that the cancellation of the deeds follows last month?s constitutional amendments barring white farmers from appealing to the courts against the government?s seizure of their land, the Herald newspaper said. ?Government has directed the Registrar of Deeds to immediately nullify all title deeds to the 4,000 farms which have been nationalised,? the Herald said. Most of the farmers who had lost their land had challenged the takeovers in court. But last month lawmakers from President Robert Mugabe?s ruling Zimbabwe African National Union-Patriotic Front (ZANU-PF) party used their parliamentary majority to force through changes to the constitution which make all agricultural land state property. Agricultural production in Zimbabwe, once known as the breadbasket of southern Africa, has plunged dramatically in the years following the seizure of commercial farms for redistribution to new black farmers. ? There will be no starving to death. Now that the land has been seized from the exploiters and returned to its rightful owners, production will inevitably reach a level sufficient to feed all equally.

From wikipedia:
Quote:
Despite majority rule, whites made up less than 1% of the population but held 70% of the country's commercially viable arable land, of which 80% had been purchased legally since independence in 1980. However whites held no political power. Land redistribution from whites reemerged as the political issue beginning in 1999.
Can't blame them for that.
Quote:
In the aftermath of Mugabe's handling of the land crisis, which moved to redistribute land to blacks, Zimbabwe was suspended from the Commonwealth of Nations on charges of human rights abuses and of election tampering in 2002. Later, Zimbabwe withdrew from the Commonwealth. The seizure of the white-owned commercial farms led to starvation on a wide scale, as the production of crops ceased.
It is unknown whether production will return to normal, and it is widely accepted that starvation is happening.
Quote:
The UN has recently estimated that 34% of the population has HIV/AIDS, probably the highest in the world, compared to about 0.65% average in the world.
Bad bad bad.
Quote:
Following elections in 2005, the Government initiated Operation Drive Out Trash in a supposed effort to crackdown on illegal markets and homes, leaving a large section of the urban poor homeless. This action has been widely condemned by opposition and international figures.
Zimbabwe is now widely perceived as a country in dire need of outside help, though not necessarily failed state, as Rhodesia had been relatively successful economically. However, few African Governments have cared to criticise Zimbabwe's leadership, and meanwhile the situation within the country continues to deteriorate.

What they need is some chemical/biological weapon that kills HIV+ persons immediately upon contact.
Also, they need a new culture. They are very stupid.
