OK. What are the laws of physics inherited from? Physical laws act on matter, where did this matter come from?

While it remains untestable with current technology, string theory adequately explains how vibrating fields of energy known as strings create matter as we know it, as well as the four known forces of the universe: gravity, electromagnetic energy, and strong and weak atomic energy.

That would take us a few steps forward, but it's far from a "perfect explanation". These theories are in progress and they haven't been thoroughly tested nor proven.

True, and neither can God. However, superstring theory, or M-theory, gives a much more complete, elegant, and scientifically plausible explanation than some divine being(whose own existence cannot be explained by the theory that appeals to it as an explanation for other phenomena).

The modern world came to be because of dust rotating around the proto-sun condensing into planets. We came to be because of evolution.
