I was talking to my friend yesterday about the System of a Down poster and the guy winking at me, and he said the exact same thing happened to him as well (he tripped for his first time with my gf in her apartment)

That was an amazing trip report really! Very well written and very inspiring! I love reading good creative writing but suck at doing it myself (more of a visual art guy) but you've inspired me to write more, keep a journal maybe? - just practice writing because as u've demonstrated it is a very effective way of communicating the experience, as indescribable as it may be you've managed to really capture it and translate it into words and share it with us - Good on ya!
It sounds like an incredibly intense trip, i've had a few intense trips (50+ fresh subs of a decent size) and similar revelations but never that type of out of body experience. I've visualised myself with eyes closed but never stared at myself in multiple places at once doing multiple things - Crazy phenomenon! It reminds me of the movie 'Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind' - must see movie, Charlie Kaufman (who wrote the script) MUST be a tripper, or at least he has a very abstract, lateral thinking way of thinking/writing.
... er anyway in that movie Jim Careys' character (not a comedic role this time) travels thru his memories and looks back at himself doing things from an outsiders perspective. I mention this because my hypothesis is that perhaps you saw memories of yourself doing thing's you had previously done (therefore interaction with yourself wouldn't work) but dont remember doing until you see yourself again at that moment, in multiple places at once. Linear time no longer follows it's linear path and works in loops and spirals and is juxtaposed with memories of past events to create a multiple self out of body type experience. I know I've had experiences were I'd be in a situation and have no reference to how i got there only to have my memory catch up - a kindof slowing up and slowing down of time.
This is all a very analytical way of looking at how memory recollection and time distortion may produce this effect. But you mention how absolutely REAL your other selves appeared. Alternatively it may be outside the bounds of chemically induced altered consciousness and be a more Spiritual 'true' Out of Body Experience - If that makes sense. haha it makes sense to me!
...Meh screw this attempt at explaining what is essentially unexplainable - fuck im tired! To finish off my overly long reply, I'll say you obviousl have a great flair for creative writing and are very capable of translating the experience into words, just be careful with these two words:
Contempt noun. 1 The feeling or attitude of regarding someone or something as inferior, base, or worthless; scorn. 2 The state of being despised or dishonored; disgrace.
and
Content (or contentment, ie: filled with contentment) 1 Desiring no more than what one has; satisfied.
-keep up the great writing!
-------------------- Look, let me explain something. I'm not Mr. Lebowski; you're Mr. Lebowski. I'm the Dude. So that's what you call me. That, or Duder. His Dudeness. Or El Duderino, if, you know, you're not into the whole brevity thing.
