I'd like to welcome everyone to the first of many EMC threads.  Most of the people up at this time don't really get a chance to mingle with the LNC people because by the time were all getting up, they are going to bed :smirk:

So whats everyone up to?  what are your plans for the day? (7:30am here in chi)

i plan to treat myself to a nice breakfast this morning and then make a list of the things i need to get done.  I'm going to to the hardest task first so i don't have to deal with it the rest of the day. :yesnod: then after I'm done with all the little stuff i have to get done today i will prob take a nap and get ready to go out tonight. :raver:

Good morning everybody.  I'm trying to get myself awake with some coffee and shroomery.  I had a really good day/night yesterday but I'm ready to just relax and sit around all day today.  I hope everyones weekend is going well so far.  :smile:

yeah I have been thinking all week, but a concert with 15000 people is maybe to risky to take lsd, In spain we just came out of 5-6 years without any lsd in the market so is been a long time not lsd tripping, well I took some shrooms I grew ( yes me, not AFOAF)

i feel like ass and i got to go to work in 1:15 min.

Shrooms make my body feel all beat up the next day. Man i can even feel the tension in my fingers. Yuck... i gotta set the add tonight too at work... bleh

Last night i remembered why i like lsd better... its hard to describe but eh... shrooms just dont do it for me. LSD last a just a little to long tho.

Damn fine choice!  Nothing better than something spicey in the morning.  Although, it would probably give me heartburn all day.  Oh well, its worth it.  :thumbup:

Liliths family is still in Europe so we are chilling in her house when they are away.
Which means I got a good hour plus drive ahead of me after work down to denver,
Totally worth it! Fucking fucking fucking fuck I've missed her...
Plus I love my car and it makes the drive go by quick.
But I swear Imma get pulled over, should probably stop smoking so much flower in my car and stick to dabbing in there,
That stuff airs out in like a minute.

So I completed my 'set-up' yesterday at my computer. It's so awesome.

I have a mic infront of my guitar amp, then I can record, then process through my computer and listen to a song thru the computer & jam along with it. But wait, there's more. The mic infront of the amp runs through a tube headphone amp, so I get all the creamy TUBE goodness and my amp is basically @ 0 so nobody else hears it, yet I'm jamming full volume in my headphones whilst listening to other songs through the laptop (that also go through the tube amp). And I can record all of it at once.

I love technology.

What kind of tube amp are you using? I use an Orange rocker 30 when I want that fuzzy tube sound.
It's a lovely amp.

Well my guitar amp is a Fender Hot Rot III Blues Jr. It's awesome. Sometimes I wanna play low volume though (so nobody else can hear). So I have a mic infront of the amp, that goes to a USB interface, which passes through a little Bravo single tube headphone amplifier, which goes to my headphones. The USB interface also passes audio from the computer (and the guitar amp mic) so I can blend them however I want to, and even listen to the guitar record in real-time, with a full fuzzy tube tone (in the headphones) even though my amp is basically inaudible. I love tubes. Have an all-tube set-up for my turntable as well.
