how to get the most pins out of your cakes

any suggestions? im trying misting with coke/coffee mixture diluted in water. i know that coke and coffee help by adding nutrients or somthing.

Dunk your cakes. IMO, you are asking for contams when you spray nutes on your cakes. Keep the humidity up, the temps down and give your cakes alot of fresh air exchange. Keep the coke in your nose and the coffee in your mug. :smirk:

lol, ok. even thou i do enjoy the occasional nose tease, i did read an experiment when cakes were dunked in Coke and it dramasticly increased yield. hold on. lemme see if i can find it. theres photos too.
