Just birthed.. white fuzzy nuts

First grow with white millet. birthed a few days ago into terrarium. small white fluff balls of what seems to be mycelium.. is this where my pins will most likely pop up from?? on other spots i have some really rhysomorfic lookin stuff, almost like very skinny white pins.. no sign of any small brown caps though.. white balls... good or bad?

oh whoops forgot to put this in the original post so i'll put it here.. also whats ideal temp for pinning/fruiting?? i think its mid 70's but my gut tells me it should be up higher around 86..
