I think my dog is going to die

She's a pretty old dog so I woldn't be suprised.
She isn't moving much at all and has two big lumps by her hips. I never really liked this dog because she barked at everything, but she's a damn good guard dog.
About 5 or 6 years ago there was a bar that was empty. They kept her in there and brought her food once a week. Bastards never let her out. So we took her and had her ever since. She was already pretty old when we got her, it's amazing she's lived this long.
But yea, I feel bad for her. I always used to treat her like shit. I mean, I quit doing that a few months back, but I still feel guilty for it. She's a very VERY loving dog.

Take her to the vet so he can at least tell you if she WILL get better.

Then be loving back and take her in and put her down.
