NO MUSHROOMS JUST FUNGUS BALLS!?!

My cakes are just growing balls of fungus... not many mushrooms at all!
Im doing nothing different than I usually do... never had this problem before. Low humidity? Cakes werent ready to fruit?

Setup: bins with perlite
cakes: vermiculite / brown rice flour
pc cambodians.

I've had balls of fungus grow on my cambodia casings before.... its never happened to me with any other strain so maybe its unique to the cambo. who knows
