I am really into the tea. What I do may not be practicle for you or most people but it sure is good and the ingredients are good for the stomach which some people have a hard time with (I think stomach problems are more related to emotional stuff personally). All this stuff I collect throughout the year and end up with a 100% gathered/grown tea which seems appropriate for the shrooms. Wild rosehips (the berry like things left over after the petals fall off, good supply of viatmin c, harvest after 1st hard freeze), wild mint (harvest before it flowers, very good for stomach), red clover, and a few elderberrys. Or you could just get some mint in tea bags. I recommend mint especially if you have a hard time with the taste of shrooms. First boil the water then add to the above mixture or your teabags and broken up shrooms. Let it steep for 15 minutes or so. As far as storage I am not sure but I would guess it should last for a while. Make sure you don't boil the shrooms as psylocybin decomposes when exposed to heat.
