what if i were to tell you that a friend had left home for thanksgiving and left his roomate in charge of his shrooms, who, unfortunately does not know very much in this subject area. while away, one of his cakes in his terranium was contaminated with several other cakes in the terranium as well. could this contam damage the otehr cakes or shrooms?

If the contam is a mold it could easily spread.

well, it doesn't appear to be on any of the other cakes, but some of the shrooms look a little gnarly. what do you think?
