what would you rather do?
    #4695388 - 09/22/05 03:41 PM (11 years, 2 months ago)

Spend the rest of your life without ever dreaming again, or spend the rest of your life in a dream?

maybe its a stupid question but i love asking "what would you rather do" questions when i get high.

So answer it for fantastic win prize.

If you lived your whole life in a dreams, wouldn't the dream become reality to you?

Just being sentimental and grounded, I would choose not to dream.

I'd choose the lack of dreams in a heartbeat. One can become great without dreams, but one cannot become great if his entire lifetime is stuck in some sort of permanent hallucinating coma.

I think I am spending my life in a dream. So.... moot.

If your life is a dream, then what do you think dreams are?

well you see, your also asking if you rather live as an immortal figure (in a dream) or in reality w/o dreams.
a better question would be like..

As it was said, if all one did was dream, that would be reality , reality is what ever we experience at the moment, that is OUR reality, not anyone elses. If I did not have family , that I care so much for, I would spend my life dreaming -tranceharper

You have no capability to initiate action that changes both yourself and your environment? I thought that is how we create reality for ourselves....

Too late. You are in a dream right now.

Is it all you want it to be?

I just can't imagine what would heaven be like. (note: I'm God-fearing)

you just cant LIVE IN a dream. if theres a dream, theres always gotta be a dreamer. so you need to exist in the other reality state[/]for you to exist in the so called "dream" state
