I like em better brown.
But really.
Why?

White-shelled eggs are produced by hens with white feathers and (we're not making this up) white ear lobes. Brown-shelled eggs are produced by hens with red feathers and red ear lobes. There is no difference in taste or nutrition between white and brown eggs. Brown eggs usually are more expensive because the red hens tend to be larger birds and require more feed.
So, why do you like em better brown??

I probably associate brown with organic cause they more often are brown eggs and I only buy organic free range eggs.

i pretty much only buy organic groceries... not that much more expensive at my local co-op, and my money goes to support the type of economy that i want (a sustainable one). plus, once you get used to what food is really supposed to taste like (actual grapes, organic ginger&garlic, cheese made from raw milk, etc) you can't go back to that synthetic crap they try to sell...
but, on the topic, brown eggs kick ass. i've always found them a little bit harder to crack open, though...

I agree organic food taste far better than crap you find on supermarket shelves. Plus it has the benefit of being far better for you because it does not contain preservatives, hydrogenated oils, artificial colors and sweeteners, and all the other garbage that is making people in this country fat and sick
